20 degree 100% humidity and 92 degree 15% humidity weather, watered 3 times a week with weather station sensor. Lawn and irrigation was installed by LC Landscape & Design 5 years ago 2006 using Hunter PGP.

Found this problem which was incorrect and fixed.
